Erin, the founder of Nua Skin, is a highly trained Senior Dermal, Laser, Holistic and Reiki Therapist. Originally qualified in Ireland and London, she began her career in 2000 aboard luxury cruise liners in the USA, an experience that took her around the world before she settled in Sydney in 2010.
For over a decade, Erin worked with leading medical clinics, delivering professional yet deeply personalised treatments with real results. After 20 years in the industry, she founded Nua Skin ("Nua" meaning new in Gaelic) on William Street, Paddington.
At Nua, we don't offer fluffy facials. We take a holistic approach and get to the root cause of any skin condition, treating the skin as a whole, working with both internal factors and external ones like environment, lifestyle and hormones.

Where are you located?+
We're based at 42 William Street, Paddington, NSW 2021. The clinic is easy to find with parking out front. Full directions are sent through with your booking confirmation.
Will I be pressured to buy anything on the day?+
No. Ever. Your diagnostic is about clarity, not closing a sale. You take your plan home, think about it, and decide in your own time. We genuinely mean it.
Is the Observ® skin scan painful or invasive?+
Not at all. It's a non-contact imaging scan. No needles, no downtime, no redness. You can return to work straight after.
Is the facial really included?+
Yes. A 30-minute Enzyme + LED facial is included as part of your hour. You leave calmer, brighter, and glowing, not just informed.
